Lilac Blue is a privately owned luxury retailer based in the West End of London. Begun in 2002 in Westbourne Grove, West London, the company was initially a personalised gift reminder service. The company’s story is largely one of building close relationships with clients, and these clients then asking the team to provide them with specific, hard to find services or products.

In 2004 a client asked us to run her wedding list. We did so: she was delighted, we loved the work, and  Lilac Blue Weddings was created. The service now specialises in providing the luxury items you’d expect from a boutique wedding list company, and combining these with unusual items such as dinner at Fifteen, charity donations, and art collections. You can see us this October at the Designer Wedding Show in Battersea Park, as well as regular champagne evenings in Central London.

In 2005 we launched Quintessentially Gifts for the worldwide concierge service Quintessentially. Over a period of four years, with no investment but hard work, we created a profitable business based on unusual, hard to find and luxurious products, and handed that over to Quintessentially to run in December 2009. 

We are now Europe’s largest provider of Hermes handbags. Our offices in Vigo Street, Piccadilly, can be visited by appointment to view some of the latest leathers and Hermes and Kelly handbags.
